Return of goods

You as a customer have 365 days of withdrawal. If you cancel your purchase, a return label and return form is attached in your order. The enclosed return form must be completed so that we can dispatch your return order faster. Have you lost your return schedule it can be printed here.

The item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as upon receipt. You as a customer are obliged to pay for the return shipment yourself. The package is enclosed with a return label that you can use. If you use this, you will be deducted from DKK 39 from the refunded amount. The order must be submitted in either a GLS parcel shop or PostNord Pakkeshop.

It is usually not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

You have to pay to return the package yourself, and it is you who are liable if an damage occurs during return transport. You cannot regret your purchase by refusing to receive the item. If you do not pick up your package and it will come unclaimed back to us, DKK 39 will be deducted from your order.

The money is automatically returned on the same payment card which was used during the purchase. Note that the return process can take up to 14 business days.

Delivery costs

We have collected a number of different shipping methods so you can choose exactly what suits you best.

    • GLS / PostNord Package Shop
      We deliver free of charge throughout Denmark to parcel shop with GLS or PostNord, when purchasing for at least DKK 250. Buy under DKK 250 costs DKK 29.

    • GLS / PostNord Business
      We deliver free of charge throughout Denmark with GLS or PostNord Erhverv, when purchasing for at least DKK 250. Buy under DKK 250 costs DKK 29.

    • GLS / PostNord Private
      We deliver free of charge throughout Denmark with GLS or PostNord Private, when purchasing for at least DKK 499. Buy under DKK 499 costs DKK 49.

    • Pickup
      Pick up your package at Sletten 59A in Holstebro for free. Pick -up between 9:00 and 15:00 every weekday.

Delivery abroad typically takes place with the local shipping supplier. Shipping prices from DKK 29, and shipping -free delivery from purchase of DKK 250 (depending on the country of delivery). We follow the current country's VAT and customs rules regarding imports.

DELIVERY

netlingeri.com Typically delivers within 1-3 business days. Reservations are made for sold -out items and deferred delivery time at netlingeri.com's wholesalers. When ordering stock items and goods specified by 2 weeks delivery, Netlingeri reserves the right to submit the entire order together when all goods are in stock.

We deliver with GLS and PostNord in Denmark and with PostNord/DPP abroad.

Contact right

As a customer, you are allowed to advertise over a product that has errors or defects. The right of complaint is valid for 2 years and includes manufacturing and material defects. The right of complaint does not apply to defects occurred by incorrect handling, use or washing of the item. The item is returned with complete information in the package to promote the expedition. Attach a copy of invoice/order confirmation. Any dispute between Netlingeri and the customer is subject to Danish law.

Prices

All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. Reservations are made for printing errors, tax and currency changes.

Cancellation of order

It is usually not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. It may happen that your order will be canceled due to sold out items. If this happens, all amounts will automatically be refunded.

It is usually not possible to change an order once it has been placed.

Returning items with quantity discount

If you have purchased an item where a quantity discount has been triggered, the discount will lapse upon returning a number, which means that the discount would not have been triggered in the first place. In such a case, you should expect to pay full price for the items you have retained.

PAYMENT

netlingeri.com Receives payment with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. netlingeri.com Encrypt all your card information with the so -called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. However, Netlingeri reserves the right to have the purchase amount transferred via bank transfer to Vestjyskbank. The order is shipped when the bank transfer is received. We also offer ViaBill, which is a installment service.

Exchange

If the item is to be exchanged for another size or item please make a new order on the webshop.

Information on complaint options

We hope that you will grab Netlingeri first and see if we cannot find a solution if you have something to complain about. A complaint about a product or service purchased with us can be filed with the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Solution via Consumption.dk.

The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you are a consumer with residence in another EU country. Complaint is filed here. When submitting a complaint, you must specify our e-mail address Info@netlingeri.com.

Personal Data Policy

When you order items from Netlingeri, we register your name and address in our system so we can ship your order. When personal information is collected from the webshop, we ensure that it always happens by consent, so that you are always informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

We store your information until you ask us for something else. If you do not want to be a customer with us anymore and no longer want to receive newsletters, you can give us message by e-mail to Info@netlingeri.com Or call our customer service on 41 40 75 00.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, including other companies. Management and Customer Service have access to the information that is registered about you. We do not store customer information encrypted.

We only disclose customer information via encrypted connections. As registered with Fashion Shopping, you always have the right to object to the registration. You are entitled to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act.
